FRIENDSHIP

As of January 1, 2010, The Southern Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, located at 4400 Old Branch Avenue, in Marlow Heights, Maryland will be our training site for the Marlow location.

The Class Days will be as follows:

Tuesdays:           7:30 to 8:30        All Levels                    parring, Mechanics & Forms

Wednesdays:      7:30 to 8:30       Advance Levels           Weapons Training

Thursdays:          7:30 to 8:30       Brown & Black Belts  (This is an optional Class with a Fee)

The Black Belt Class is open to ALL Brown and Black Belts from any school or location, however, there is a $10.00 per person, per class, fee to keep this class going.
