The day and night group of participants at the IDB fitness center is more that just a cliche.  In the morning or day (pictured right) the average age is 45 years old (even though you couldn't tell it) and in the evening, most participants are in their 20's and early 30's.

The morning classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:30 until 8:30 a.m.  and hosts about 10 to 12 participants, while the evening classes are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. with an average of 26 to 30 participants.

Both groups are as different as "Day and Night" and both groups are VERY demanding, with lots of energy.
