to experience our “Ultimate” Bag Workout! This class
works the entire body by using kicks, punches and blocking techniques
on actual punching bags and focus pads.
You
will not only get an awesome cardio workout, but you will also learn
the secrets of Tae Kwon Do kicking, punching and striking. Some students
have said that Master Wyatt's Ultimate Bag Workout is like being
in an actual battle with a vicious opponent, but without the bumps
and bruises of getting hit back.
Persons
who have taken this class have not only toned their bodies, but
they have also lowered their blood pressure and cholesterol and
increased their overall cardio ability. Several students have
also lost as many as 75 pounds.
To
avoid hand and foot injury, all participants must purchase hand
