The Maryland
Public and Private Schools sectors do a pretty good job of meeting
the needs and requirements of most parents and students, however,
sometimes they lack the ability to teach and train children to
be leaders and champions in our communities. At the Washington
Tae Kwon Do Club Karate After School programs, we’re more
than just “AfterCare”, we’re a martial arts
institution that teaches discipline, respect, self control, leadership
and a positive attitude. Our Karate After School Guidance On Leadership
Development “GOLD” program, teaches youth to develop
their potential as leaders and champions in our communities. Through
our proven effective Tae Kwon Do program, students learn to avoid
peer pressure, to respect themselves and their parents as well
as their teachers and classmates. They also learn to be winners
and not quitters, but most of all, our students learn to be SUCCESSFUL
INDIVIDUALS!
Parents
are amazed that within two months of participating in our program,
students have shown more leadership qualities than they have in
the entire school year. The kids begin to use positive words like,
“Yes Sir”, “I Can”, and “We Can
Do It”. They learn to get rid of the word “CAN’T”.
They also develop a winning attitude and become winners in local,
regional and national Martial Arts Tournament competitions.
We have
two exciting programs for your kids to join, with one to surely
fit your budget. Our new Karate After School GOLD Program offers
an array of exciting programs and events that will excite and
entertain youth of all ages. Our regular KAS program will still
provide the safe, and reliable care and assistance for your child.
Both programs will help to develop your kids into the area’s
top youth martial arts champions and Future Leaders of Tomorrow!
The KAS
GOLD Program features:
- Pick up from your child’s
school to the dojang - We’ll pick your kids up
from their school and bring them to our dojang facility.
- Homework assistance by our experienced
Staff Member - Our Staff member will work with your
child to help and continue to develop their academic skills.
- Tae Kwon Do Class Three Days a
week - Students get to take our regular KAS Tae Kwon
Do Class three times a week.
- One evening Advance Tae Kwon Do
Class - GOLD Students get to advance their skills further
by participating in one evening class a week.
- Upgraded belt promotion certificates
- GOLD Students will receive the customized belt promotion certificate
for each belt promotion.
- Monthly Debit Billing
- For your convenience, we will debit bill your credit card
or checking account every month for payment.
- Discount Pricing on Martial Arts
Equipment and Accessories - Receive a special discount
rate on all sparring equipment, uniforms, and other martial
arts items

KAS “GOLD” Program is limited to a maximum of 30 Students
and will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. To reserve
