High above the city streets of downtown Washington, D.C., on the Penthouse floor of the Department of Justice, the patrons of the Federal Judiciary Center (better known as the JCB Fitness Center), spend their lunch hour working hard to the beat of Master Wyatt's high impact Tae Robics program.
